Corporate Social Responsibility within our company

Everyone who works here,  wants to make a difference.   Our environmental efforts include re-cycling, non printing of paper unless absolutely necessary, non-use of paper cups, re-cycling of printer consumables, I.T. infrastructure and mobile phones.   Our philanthropic efforts include working on CSR projects voluntarily, and donating company time to help drive social change such as the #TogetherforYes and #lightforsixteen campaigns.   We believe in equality for all and donate company time to drive awareness of the #STEM, #STEAM and #LGBT communities on an ongoing basis.  We have an ethical labour practice which treats our team members fairly and ethically.  It’s about the quality of your work.  These programmes aim to strengthen the skillset within our company, and create a culture that makes a difference to our clients experience and maximises the outcome of their investment in us.

Taking Local Retail Global

Through our work with Local Enterprise Boards on programmes such as the Digital Trading Voucher, and through our mentoring support programme, over one hundred retailers are learning from The Business Fairy Digital Marketing Agency how to reach entirely new markets and attract customers from virtually anywhere in the world: 24/7.  These programmes aim to strengthen local economies, create jobs, and contribute to the vibrancy of these communities.

Raising awareness and Empowering Charities

Through our team’s hands-on work (and the provision of services and training) with our chosen charities, such as the International Tipperary Peace Award, Tipperary Rape Crisis Centre, The Cuisle Centre, U.K. Women’s Hour, Knockanrawley Resource Centre, Circle of Friends, Cancer Support Centre to name a few.,  over 11 charities have been empowered to utilise digital technologies for automation and marketing.   We have designed and initiated several marketing campaigns on their behalf, teaching team members as we go.  The most recent campaign is the “Light for Sixteen” campaign for the Rape Crisis Centre. These programmes aim to strengthen the skillset within the charity, raise brand awareness, and contribute to the financial well being of these organisations.

Empowering and Educating Startups

We understand that startups are strapped for cash.  We were one once – so every year we try to help out a couple of startups through the provision of services and/or training and knowledge sharing.    Through our CSR programme, over 10 startups have been empowered to utilise digital technologies for bringing their product to market, raising brand awareness and becoming investor ready.   We have advised, designed and initiated marketing research and campaigns on their behalf, teaching team members as we go.  These startups are focused on building products for the betterment of humanity, such as the school girls, from No Limits, who developed a superhero range of books where the main hero has a disability.   We have advised them, made introductions and recommendations and even put them on the TV.  These programmes aim to strengthen the skillset within the startup, devise brand awareness campaigns which eventually contribute to the financial well being of these startups.
